You see, when I injured myself during a Parkour lesson I wasn't given much guidance, not even from the experts, on how to go about healing. 1. I made a full recovery... well, let's say 95% which, in my 50s is rather impressive.

3. Ultimately, the Surgeon was right: after the jiggery pokery at Physio it was my own rehab plan and my determination to succeed that ensured an almost full recovery.
